A place for you: Come as you are

We are a community of people who are in process. We have imperfect messy lives, but we are pursuing and experiencing a transforming relationship with Jesus and with each other. Everybody is welcome here whatever your story, your questions, doubts or struggles. We’re all about doing life together in community, being intentional about our growth as people and serving one another and our broader community along the way.

We want to invite you to our community of Jesus-followers to authentically engage with the God we love and grow with one another! Here are some of those opportunities:

Section Title

First Baptist is a place for everyone: to know Jesus and to make Jesus known here and around the world.

Our vision

Jesus is central to everything we do. We sing, pray, and preach in His powerful Name. Our past, present, and future is centered on Jesus Christ. Our purpose on this earth is to make much of Jesus Christ. Colossians 1:16-17 says (when speaking of Jesus), “For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.” We commit that our church is dedicated to loving this all-powerful, all-loving God with everything we have, and we invite you to join us in this desire.
